Clear contact paper
Scissors
Tissue paper, variety of colors
Hole punch
Ribbon
Instructions
Tear different color tissue paper into small pieces.
Cut shape out of contact paper, a circle was used for these decorations. Punch hole for hanging purposes.
Peel backing off of contact paper and lay sticky side up.
Place tissue paper pieces on sticky contact paper.
Insert ribbon through hole and hang up in the window and let the sun shine through.
