These Cardboard Tube Superhero Bracelets turn boys and girls from average people into the superheroes of the imagination. There are no limits to where their minds can take them with just a few props.

Supplies

Toilet paper tube
Gold acrylic, tempera, or poster paint
Paint brush
White glue
Glitter glue (optional)
Red foam star, star sticker, or paper star

Instructions

Make one straight slit along the length of a toilet paper tube.

Cut the tube in half two make a pair of bracelets. If you want wider bracelets, use two toilet paper tubes. Trim them to the desired height.

Paint the bracelets with gold tempera, poster paint, or acrylic paint.

Cut out shapes to glue onto your superhero bracelets. You can use stickers, foam shapes, or paper shapes. Add sparkle with some glitter glue.

My Wonder Woman bracelets just need a pair of red stars. I printed out these stars on red card stock. Choose any of the last three star templates— they all have small stars in them.

Once the glitter glue dries, glue the shapes onto the bracelets.

Wait for the glue to dry before trying on your superhero bracelets.
