Supplies

Wool Blend Felt
Embroidery Floss
Small Safety Pin or Pinback
Craft Glue (like Aleenes)
Needle
Scissors

Instructions

Cut out the three layers of branches from green felt and the back layer from brown felt. Also, cut a small rectangle of brown felt, which will be used to hold the pin on the back.

Embroider the face onto the middle section of branches, and add any stitched decorations you want.

Use craft glue to start layering the branches on, starting at the bottom and working your way up.

Make sure that your rectangle of felt fits through your pin, then apply a layer of craft glue on the rectangle.

Place the felt piece through the stationary side of the pin and glue on the back of the tree so that it doesn’t show on the sides.

Once the glue has dried, your pin is ready to wear or gift! It really is a happy little tree!
