Trivia:

Superheroes entered the world of comic books in 1938 with the release of Action Comics No. 1 and the debut of Superman. While the medium’s success first attracted controversy for violence and mature themes, many of the characters introduced have stood the test of time to become vital parts of our national culture. Supplies
  • White Cardstock
  • Printer
  • Miscellaneous Trim
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Hole Punch
  • String
Instructions
  1. Click on pattern below and print either the color or black and white template. If you are using the black and white pattern, have the children color or paint their mask before cutting out. It is easier.
  2.  Cut out and decorate if you wish. We used a touch of glitter glue and a jewel for our Super Hero, but don’t be afraid to experiment with your own color choices and decorations.
  3.  Punch holes on each side for the string. Reinforcements on the back of the mask over the holes will help the mask to last longer.
  4. Insert String in each hole and tie making sure that there is enough string to easily go around the child’s head.

Get ready for some exciting playtime.
