DIY July 4th Centerpiece
Make this DIY July 4th Centerpiece to set the scene for your celebration or birthday party. My son was born on July 1st so over the years we have always had a patriotic theme for his birthday. This July 4th centerpiece is something that works no matter how old the birthday celebrant. Have the kids make one or a dozen.
Trivia:
The Pennsylvania Evening Post became the first newspaper to print the newly signed Declaration of Independence on July 6, 1776. Source: A Capitol Fourth – History of Independence Day.

Instructions
- Print out the colored or black and white pattern for each child.
- Carefully fold in the middle and have the kids cut along the black lines up to the band of stars.
