Mini Pumpkin Bat
Everybody works with the big pumpkins for decorating the front porch. Valerie from MakingFriends.com put on her creative thinking cap and designed this delightful bat from one of the mini pumpkins that have become so popular for table decorations at Halloween.
Supplies
Black Paint
White Cardstock
Mini Pumpkin
Tacky Glue
Exacto Knife (to be used by an adult)
Scissors
Instructions
Prepare your pumpkin by painting it black and let it dry.
Click on printables and print out the pieces. You may want to paint the back of the bat wings black.
Cut out wings and eyes.
Cut slits in mini pumpkins with exacto knife (adult only) to insert the wings.
Glue on eyes and get ready to celebrate.
You can make lots of bat pumpkins or create your own original mini pumpkin designs. We've also created a Mini Pumpkin Spider to add to the Halloween festivities.
