Holiday Game Activity

Christmas Word Game for Kids

This Holiday Game Activity is the perfect idea for a December birthday or quiet time activity. The kids are all hyped this time of year in anticipation of the many holiday parties with friends and families. Sometimes they just need to sit and turn down the flame on their afterjets for a few minutes and still have fun. This Holiday Game is a good exercise for kids to see how different we can think and yet all be correct.

Trivia:

The longest one-syllable words in the English language are “scraunched” and “strengthed.” Some suggest that “squirreled” could be included, but squirrel is intended to be pronounced as two syllables (squir-rel) according to most dictionaries.
