Yellow cup made into daffodil photo magnet

Get ready to turn your refrigerator into a smiling bouquet with a Daffodil Photo Magnet made from a plastic cup. This is another original FreeKidsCraft project that is perfect for Mother’s Day or any day that you want to make something for a special person.

Trivia:

Supplies
  • Two Yellow Plastic Cups
  •  Green Construction Paper
  •  Scissors
  •  Glue
  • Small Photo
  • Magnet
Instructions
  1. Cut down a paper cup to 1″ deep. Make the edge irregular by cutting a wavy line or using decorative edge scissors.
  2.  Trim a photo to fit inside. Glue in place.
  3.  Cut six slits evenly spaced around a second cup, cutting all the way to the bottom of the cup. These will be the the petals. Bend them outward. Trim down and make pointed to be more of a petal shape. Glue the first cut down cup inside this one.
  4.  Cut leaves out of green construction paper and glue to the back of the flower.
  5.  Glue on a magnet.
