Blue- 1 (6”x 11-¼”) piece, 2 (1” x 2”) strips, 1 (1-¼” x 11-¼”) strip
Buttons (3/8”) 2
Poster board scrap
Cardboard white- 4” square
Straw hat
with flat crown- 4” diameter
Ribbon- 2 (7-½”) lengths ¼” wide -blue
