Father’s Day Poem and Handprint Card

Here’s an opportunity to show Dad how good he makes you feel every day. He will save this special Father’s Day Poem and Handprint Card for many years. 

Trivia:

 The first Father’s Day was founded in Spokane, Washington at the YMCA on June 19, 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd, whose father was a Civil War veteran and a single parent of six children.

Supplies
  • White Cardstock
  • Crayons, Markers or Colored Markers
Instructions
  1. Click on the Printable and print card with poem.
  2. Ask dad to put his hand in middle of the card. Trace around it.
  3. Place your hand inside Dad’s outline. Ask him to trace around your hand.

You can even frame the card when Father’s Day is over and hang it on the wall for everyone to enjoy.
