Flip Flop Garland
While we were on vacation this Flip Flop Garland caught our eye and I couldn’t help but think what a great idea this would be for a summer party at the pool or the beach house. This will appeal to young party goers up to teens. You could even set up a craft table where everyone can decorate their own flip flops and take them home as a party favor. The materials could be found at most Dollar Stores.
Supplies
Flip Flops
Pool Noodles
Cord or Thin Rope
Embellishments (optional)
Instructions
Decide where you are going to string your Flip Flop Garland and measure the length of rope you will need to go from side to side.
You can use the photo as a reference or decide how you want to make your flip flop garland.
In this case, find the center of the rope and slide a pair of flip flops threaded on the rope to the center point.
Decide how long you want to make your pool noodles and cut them to equal lengths. Add a pool noodle on each side of the pair of the flip flops. Add a single flip flop next to each pool noodle and continue until the garland is complete. It is important to think out the location for your garland and make sure you have enough room for the display and a place to secure them.
