Hemp and Rock Necklace
A Hemp and Rock Necklace is a project that can be enjoyed at camp or as a momento from a family nature hike. Be sure if you are at a national park or preserve that you are not violating the park policy by collecting stones.
Supplies
Rock or Sea Shell
#20 Hemp
Low Temp Glue Gun
Instructions
Cut a 1 yard piece of hemp.
Attach the hemp to the back of the rock with a glue gun.
Wrap the hemp around the rock several times , securing as necessary with glue.
Tie ends of the hemp together to form a necklace.
For a variation you may prefer to use a sea shell instead of a rock.
