Martin Luther King Day is a day for people to volunteer to help make their neighborhood a better place. The FreeKidsCrafts team made this poster to help you think of things you can do and to encourage others to join you. You can also take pictures of things around your area that need to be done to make it better and use those as part of your poster.

Supplies
  • Posterboard or Heavyweight Paper
  • Printer
  • Scissors
  • Glue
Instructions
  1. Click on Printables and print out the Poem and Hands. You can also print out the pictures or take your own.
  2. Cut out poem and hands and design your own poster or use ours as a guide
  3. You can also memorialize your day of service by having the children bring in pictures of what they did on Martin Luther King Day.
