- White Garbage Bag
- Black Permanent Marker
- Pipe Cleaner
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
- Turn plate upside down. Draw ghost face on the plate bottom.
- Cut garbage bag into strips. Glue strips to the bottom of the plate.
- Make a loop out of a pipe cleaner for a hanger. Glue to the back.
