Supplies
  • White Paper Plate
  • White Garbage Bag
  • Black Permanent Marker
  • Pipe Cleaner
  • Glue
  • Scissors
Instructions
  1. Turn plate upside down. Draw ghost face on the plate bottom.
  2.  Cut garbage bag into strips. Glue strips to the bottom of the plate.
  3.  Make a loop out of a pipe cleaner for a hanger. Glue to the back.
