Fun Mad Lib Activity for kids

This printable Valentine Mad Lib will have the kids learning about parts of speech and laughing all the way. Learning doesn’t have to be hard. This kind of activity helps children to retain the function of the parts of speech without overthinking it.

Instructions

Print out enough sheets so each child has their own. Ask them to fill in the blanks with adjectives, nouns, exclamations, colors, adjectives, and more as indicated. These words are inserted into the blanks and then the story is read aloud to hilarious results. Some may find it difficult at first, but once the first few stories are read, joining in the fun makes it all worth while.
