Relief Painting Snowman Card
This Relief Painting Snowman Card is just one of the images kids can draw to create their own unique Christmas cards. In fact this method is a good way to create cards for any occasion like birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.
Supplies
Recycled Foam Tray
Ball Point Pen
Acrylic Paint
Foam Brush
White Paper
Glitter
Cardstock or Heavy Construction paper for card
Instructions
Pressing firmly, use a ball pony pen to draw your image on a recycled foam tray.
Spread a generous layer of acrylic paint over the image with a foam brush.
Press a piece of paper over the painted tray. Rub firmly.
Remove paper from tray. Sprinkle with glitter. Lay out to dry.
Make as many prints as you like. Glue them to a folded paper to make a card. Write your message inside.
Note: your image will be backwards so don't include any lettering on the print.
