Don’t spend money on Halloween costumes. This Scarecrow Hat is an easy and inexpensive way to dress the kids for Halloween Trick or Treating. Add an old shirt with some straw stuffed in the sleeves and you’ve got a costume.

- Brown Paper Bag
- Straw or Rattan
- Glue
- Scissors
- Scraps of material & trim
- Masking Tape
- Ball (size of your head)
Instructions
- Split bag open and place centered over ball . Press paper with hands around top half of ball to shape. Hold in place while second person wraps large pieces of tape around to make hat band.
- Remove from ball.
- Using picture as reference decorate for your own personal scarecrow hat
