Sunflower Door Design
Sunflowers have a way of making everybody feel happy. Start with this simple sunflower concept and let your imagination run free with ideas for craft materials.
Supplies
Yellow and Green Construction Paper
Paper Plate
Brown Paint
Brush
Scissors
Craft Glue
Q-Tips
Black paint
Instructions
This first sunflower was super easy to make. I cut out petals and the kids used brown paint to paint the bottom of a paper plate. The kids used q-tips and black paint to add the spots.
With the second sunflower I cut the petals like before and the kids painted the paper plate brown. However, we used some bubble wrap and black paint to make a pattern on the plate.

In my "spare" time I enjoy scrapbooking, though blogging seems to be taking its place. I currently have three main blogs. This is my family/homeschool/craft/everything blog.
