Print out a Summer Olympics Scavenger Hunt for each of the kids and see the excitement build as they look forward to all the events. You can use the Olympics as a time for them to learn more about the countries where the participants come from.

Trivia:

There will be 32 sports played during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and 329 medal events in total. The sport with the most medals being awarded will be aquatics with 49 events across the disciplines of swimming, marathon swimming, diving, water polo, and artistic swimming.   • Pencil, Pen or Marker
Instructions
  1. Print out a scavenger hunt card for each of the kids. As soon as they see an event or a symbol on TV have them mark it off.
  2. You can add as many rules as you want. Here’s an idea to make it even more fun. Have them start a scrapbook where they post photos or stories that match the scavenger hunt items.
  3. However you set up your scavenger hunt the object is to learn and have fun participating in the Olympics.
