Supplies
1 cup Baking Soda
1/4 cup water
8 drops of Lavender Essential Oils
Flexible Silicone Molds
Instructions
In a bowl, slowly mix water into baking soda while stirring constantly. Add just enough water between to make a thick paste. When you squeeze it in your hand it should hold together and feel more dry than wet. Add more water or baking soda if needed.
Fill the molds with your the paste. Pack them down tightly. Let dry completely. It could take two days to dry completely. If you are running short on time, they can be baked at 200 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool.
Add a couple of drops (or more) of essential oil to each molded piece. Carefully remove from molds and store in an air tight container.
