Print the Olympic Rings printable template on card stock or heavy paper.

Carefully cut around the outside edge of the rings, leaving a small white border. Do not cut out the inside of the rings yet. Keeping the centers intact makes the project sturdier and easier to handle.

Cut the tissue paper into 1 inch squares.

Crumple each square into a small ball.

Dip each crumpled piece lightly into white glue and press it onto the matching ring color.

Continue filling in the rings with crumpled tissue paper until the entire design is covered.

Allow the project to dry completely.

Once dry, carefully cut out the inside sections of the rings if desired.
