Supplies

  • Old glass vase
  • Decoupage solution
  • Green food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Sponge
  • Small bowls or cups for mixing

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of decoupage solution into a small bowl. Add 5 drops of green food coloring and stir gently.
  2. Use a sponge to dab the green mixture onto the vase in rough continent shapes. Do not worry about making them perfect. A simple Earth-inspired look works best.
  3. In a second bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of decoupage solution with 5 drops of blue food coloring.
  4. Dab the blue mixture onto the rest of the vase, filling in the background around the green areas.
  5. Let the vase dry completely before using or displaying it.
