Mother’s Day Bath Salt Card And Recipe
Mom will be delighted with this Mother’s Day Bath Salt Card and Recipe. Make the whole day about things that Mom would love to do including a little time for her to enjoy alone in the bath.
Supplies
Pink Cardstock
Test Tube with Lid
Natural Raffia
Little Silk Flowers
Glue Dots
Scissors
Instructions
Mix up a batch of bath salts using the recipe below.
Bath Salt Recipe
1 Cup Epsom Salt
1/2 Cup Baking Soda
10 Drops Essential Oil
You can also try some variations:
Use spices instead of oil.
Combine two or more essential oils.
Mix ingredients together thoroughly then pour into the test tube using a funnel. Cap off the test tube.
Tie a piece of raffia or ribbon around the tube. Add a couple of dry flowers to the ribbon.
Print out the Mother's Day card and cut to size.
Use glue dots to hold the tube to the card.
Mom can pour the mixture into running water for a wonderful soothing bath.
Bottle up the remaining batch into a decorative bottle for additional bathtime pleasure.
