Supplies
- 32 ivory, tan, or brown pony beads for skin
- 4 pony beads for hair in any color
- 16 pony beads for the tutu and ballet shoes in any color
- 4 feet satin cord
- 1 lanyard hook
- White glue
Instructions
- Fold the satin cord in half to find the center.
- Attach the folded center to the lanyard hook using a half hitch knot.
- Use the pattern below as a guide and thread the beads into place.
- Continue beading until the ballerina shape is complete.
- Tie off the ends with a secure double knot.
- Add a small drop of glue to the knot and let it dry.
- Trim any extra cord.
For easier threading, place a small drop of white glue on the ends of the satin cord. Roll each end into a point and let it dry before adding beads.
